Responsibilities

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Boru Ramen.
• Warmly and graciously greet all guests and seat them.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of their server’s name.
• Record guest names and provide estimated waiting times.
• Assign guests to suitable tables based on needs.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff and management.
• Inspect Host areas for cleanliness and proper setup.
• Relay messages to servers and bussers as needed.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Attend scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions.
• Take and prepare to-go orders.
• Operate cash registers for payments.
