Responsibilities

• Make people happy first and foremost by ensuring a warm welcome.
• Greet guests with a genuine smile and professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and manage seating with a clear flow.
• Maintain an organized seating chart and rotate seating as needed.
• Contribute to cleanliness and bussing tables to support the team.
• Answer phones and assist guests with call-ahead seating or to-go orders.
