Superba Food + Bread is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team in Calabasas. The ideal candidate will deliver consistent guest experiences, manage seating and reservations, and communicate clearly with teammates to maintain a smooth flow during service.

Competenze

• At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette.
• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules).
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability.
