Job summary

The Bancroft in Burlington, MA is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess. You will greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of service experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and stay composed during peak hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage reservations.
• Seat guests promptly and coordinate seating flow.
• Know menu items and specials to assist guests.
• Monitor dining area to ensure exceptional service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
• Keep front-of-house area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
