Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests.
• Escort guests to dining area and present menus.
• Seat guests in bar or dining area per preference.
• Inform guests of promotions and service staff.
• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant.
• Manage guest flow to dining and bar areas.
• Provide accurate wait times to guests.
• Attend to guests' needs and requests.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices.
• Assist in dining room by setting/clearing tables and serving beverages.
• Uphold uniform standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
