Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables.
• Provide guests with menus.
• Assign patrons to tables while balancing server workload.
• Manage flow of guests and provide accurate wait times when appropriate.
• Answer the phone.
• Keep host stand and restrooms clean and presentable.
