Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in California is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, manage waits, and seat parties efficiently while delivering upbeat guest service. You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet and help start their game-time experience.

Requirements include being at least 16, having state/local food and alcohol handling certificates, and prior restaurant or customer service experience. Flexible hours and tips are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role.
• Must be at least 16 years old and certified in state/local food handling and alcohol handling requirements.
• Demonstrates sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community and fun as part of the player profile.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeter greets guests entering the Sports Bar and creates legendary experiences.
• Manages waitlists and seats guests efficiently and courteously.
