Job summary

Pinstripes is seeking an energetic front-of-house team member in Washington, DC. You will provide memorable guest service, take reservations, answer questions about the guest experience, and seat guests to create a seamless, upscale dining and entertainment experience.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to a cohesive team. Must be 18+, able to stand for up to 6 hours, and present a neat appearance.

• Able to take reservations over the phone and in person.
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience.
• Able to seat guests and ensure smooth dining operations.
