Job summary

Chili's in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and manage the restaurant flow. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the wait list, and directing calls with a warm, smiling demeanor.

No experience is required; you should be able to stand for long periods, lift trays safely, and help teammates in a fast-paced setting. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules and a people-focused team await.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
