Job summary

Fricker’s Huber Heights 116, LLC is seeking a friendly hostess/greeter to welcome guests and ensure a great first and last impression. You will inform guests of specials, manage waiting lists, seat guests, buss tables, assist servers, answer phone calls, and handle carry-out orders in the POS system.

You should maintain a positive attitude, wear the proper uniform, be flexible with shifts, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to busy dining room environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn POS and basic money handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back.
• Manage waiting list and seat guests; buss tables and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls and take carry-out orders; enter orders in POS and handle money.
