Qualifications

• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answers all incoming phone calls and takes reservations with proper etiquette.
• Provides guest recognition and maintains relationships with regular patrons and VIPs.
• Greets guests and escorts them to tables and seats.
• Performs reservation confirmations.
• Monitors restaurant flow, turnover, and pacing.
