Job summary

Wildhorse Resort Casino in Pendleton, Oregon is seeking a friendly host/guest services associate to greet guests, take payments, and support staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Minimum six months experience in customer relations and cashier duties, ability to handle cash and payments, and compliance with safety and licensing

Qualifications

• Six months in customer relations role.
• Six months cashier experience.
• Ability to count back change accurately.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certification and OLCC card within 30 days.
• High-Security Gaming license clearance required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, and explain specials.
• Handle payments and operate cash register.
