Job summary

Quaker Steak & Lube is seeking a Host/Cashier to warmly greet guests and manage seating with a positive, energetic attitude. You will be the first and last impression for guests, helping to create a fun, high-energy dining experience.

Role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work quickly in a team-focused setting, and the physical capability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform extended duties during shifts. Flexible scheduling is offered to fit different lifestyles.

Qualifications

• No experience is required. Prior host/cashier experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed
• Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
• Ensures the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
• Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payment from guests
• All other duties as assigned
