A hospitality management firm is seeking a Host/Cashier to greet guests and manage the host station. This entry-level position requires excellent customer service skills and offers flexible scheduling, competitive wages, and benefits, including paid vacation time and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but prior host/cashier experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greets and seats guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed.
• Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings.
• Ensures the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift.
• Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Host/Cashier who will greet every guest with a prompt and friendly welcome. You are the guest’s first and last impression of Quaker Steak & Lube – have fun with it!

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed
• Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
• Ensures the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
• Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests
• All other duties as assigned
