Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One year cash handling experience.
• One year customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and to write routine reports.
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages and ratios.
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License and pass drug screening.
• Auditions/skill testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to cleaning and stocking needs in assigned areas.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Greet guests and seat them in the restaurant on a rotating basis.
• Handle guest concerns and questions, provide directions.
• Maintain bank balance at start and end of shift.
• Complete paperwork for comps, coupons, and room charges.
• Adhere to standards of excellence and company policies.
