Job summary

The role reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision, supporting the team by coordinating seating, reading the seating chart and wait list, and maintaining cleanliness of the cashier stand and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Knowledge of seating chart and wait list.
• Answering phone calls, taking orders, and directing catering questions.
• Overseeing cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restrooms.
• Stocking for to go station and packing to go orders.
• Recording and analyzing cashflow including opening, running, and closing duties.
• Willingness to assist with any task to support teamwork.
