Job summary

Over Easy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking friendly, attentive team members to Spark Brighter Days by providing warm, timely service. Seat guests, bus tables, and build relationships to ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, strong communicators with a love for service and teamwork. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand up to 10 hours, and have at least 6 months of high-volume restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be a strong communicator.
• Able to communicate clearly with teammates and management.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• At least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and help wherever and whenever.
• Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.
