You will assist servers and promote a positive guest journey, upholding high service standards across venues. The Host(ess) ensures accurate information on menus, specials, and promotions, while maintaining a clean entrance and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive and manage seating/wait lists to optimize capacity.
• Guide guests to tables, present menus, and communicate daily specials.
• Maintain organized entrance and ensure a presentable guest area.
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and offerings to provide accurate information.
• Follow uniform standards and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and Management.
