Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas seeks a Hostperson to greet guests and manage seating with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will be the first and last face guests see, coordinating with front of house and back of house teams to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling reservations, optimizing seating, and maintaining a clean, orderly service area. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in a similar field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with restaurant operations and guest service.
• Wamiliarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon entering the venue.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with urgency.
• Manage daily restaurant reservations and pre-seating as needed.
• Optimize seating to balance workload for staff.
• Answer restaurant phone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Perform opening and closing duties per shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Rotate to other outlets as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Resorts World core values and standards.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
