Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Six (6) months related hospitality/service experience.
• TABC and ServeSafe certification required.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Provide menus and information on establishment specialties.
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and setup.
• Receive and record reservations and manage guest flow.
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely service.
• Supervise dining room staff to ensure courteous service.
• Assist in hiring and training hosts/hostesses.
• Assist in planning events or functions.
