Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska City is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm, world-class service, greet guests, and manage registrations and reservations. You’ll collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a welcoming environment and smooth check-ins, adapting to weddings, conferences, and events.

The role is full-time, 7am-3pm Sunday–Thursday with occasional Friday/Saturday shifts, offering a hospitality-driven culture and opportunities to grow with the Foundation.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Registering guests and assigning rooms.
• Accommodating special requests to ensure memorable experiences.
• Collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to deliver smooth operations.
