Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Post charges accurately for room, taxes, and incidentals.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling and process payments (cash, checks, cards).
• Review reservations and block rooms as needed.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations quickly and follow relocation procedures when necessary.
