Panera Bread in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests and preparing meals with care in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You'll work in production, prep, service, cashier, and more, collaborating with teammates to deliver warm service, maintain cleanliness, and share Panera warmth with every guest. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You meet the minimum age (16+) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and team in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making guests smile.
• Love creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting; reliable and flexible for evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Food handlers card as required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay on the move - assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties.
