Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking team members for our travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest. You will engage travelers with friendly service, operate the POS, handle payments, and ensure safe food handling.

The role includes kitchen duties, stocking, and regular adherence to brand standards. Seasonal employment is available during peak periods, with benefits like flex time, wage access, referral bonuses, and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow food safety procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and checking temperatures.
• Assist in kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
