Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Weekday, weekend, evening and holiday availability.
• Requires some high school or equivalent experience.
• Customer service focused with a hospitable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serves food in a variety of daily food services operations.
• Performs opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Handles cash accurately and efficiently.
• Possesses knowledge of menu description and can effectively communicate them with guests.
• Ensures an outstanding guest experience.
• Interacts and communicates with guests and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Possesses knowledge of sales techniques.
• Assumes responsibility for cleanliness of assigned areas in keeping with the Health & Sanitation guidelines.
• Handles and stores all equipment properly and with care.
• Performs other activities as necessary.
• Acts as a team player, providing expertise within the team and with other team members as appropriate.
• Adheres to The Henry Ford and the Food service department rules and policies at all times.
