Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Food Server to join our team. This role is focused on delivering welcoming, attentive, and memorable dining experiences to guests in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and entering orders, serving meals and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.
• Ability to obtain permits, licenses, or certificates as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/enter food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages and process payments.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
• Support restaurant and hotel operations and teamwork.
