Job summary

Burger Burger is seeking a Food Runner to help keep the flow between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring meals reach guests promptly and with high presentation standards. You will greet guests warmly and support team coordination.

This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, resilience in a fast paced environment, and the ability to move up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering food promptly to guests.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to safely transport multiple plates.
• Familiar with restaurant tools and equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to guests promptly and accurately, upholding presentation standards.
• Greet guests warmly to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle guest issues with patience and care until resolved.
• Check orders for special instructions and dietary restrictions before leaving the kitchen.
• Ensure each dish meets restaurant standards for preparation and presentation.
• Relay guest requests or concerns to the appropriate staff with clear communication.
• Follow all service steps and safety procedures, including allergies and special orders.
• Comply with safety and sanitation standards and handbook policies.
• Support team and restaurant operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
