Qualifications

• Ideal: Minimum of one year of experience in same or similar positions in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Required: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ideal: Food Handlers & Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certifications

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work on time in proper uniform.
• Prepare for service according to procedures and ensure adequate supplies.
• Assemble back station and dining room for service and stock service items.
• Be fluent with menus and suggestively sell items.
• Greet guests, clear and reset tables, and assist with room service as needed.
