Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Crew Member – Delivering Fresh Experiences in Hillsboro, OR invites applications for a Crew Member. You will be part of a team delivering great guest service and preparing fresh ingredients in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, slicing meats and cheeses, assembling subs, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, operating POS, and supporting the team with prep and cleanup. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone
• Prepare food according to company standards, including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling subs, and preparing fresh ingredients
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning tasks
• Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
