Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in food or grocery is a plus
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to use handheld scanners and other tech as directed
• Work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations
• Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards
• Execute processes including deliveries, replenishment, signing and organizing products
• Follow all food safety requirements
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products
• Work with vendors to maintain displays and organized backroom space
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and act per policy
• Be knowledgeable about tools and services to help guests
• Comply with all laws and safety guidelines
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and pickup options
• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with tasks as needed
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and thank them for shopping Target
