Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detail.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at the counter.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and answer dietary questions.
• Handle payments, including cash and credit cards.
• Prepare and hand over food and beverages with proper presentation and timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter service area and ensure sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns professionally and assist with special requests.
• Assist with stock replenishment and attending relevant meetings.
