Job summary

Hyatt Regency Columbus is seeking a Server Assistant to support our food and beverage team in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will help with guest experience by refilling waters, clearing dishes, resetting tables, and assisting with side work, including serving to-go items at Market Stand Café during peak periods.

A true team player with a positive attitude, you must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 20 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (6am–2pm).

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand long periods with continuous walking.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to carry items up to 20 pounds and serve on a tray.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (6am–2pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide general food & beverage support to the team and guests.
• Refill waters, clear dishes, and reset tables; assist with side work.
• Deliver finished food and to-go items to guests at Market Stand Café during peak periods.
• May serve as host/greeter as needed; maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
