Job summary

Pollo Campero in Boston is seeking an Expediter, Front of House Team Member to act as a liaison between FOH and BOH, ensuring orders are fulfilled with care, accuracy, and speed to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

You will assemble to-go and dine-in orders, verify food presentation, uphold sanitation and safety standards, and assist with packaging online or catering orders while maintaining a high-energy, service-obsessed attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Must be able to read in English.

Responsibilities

• Putting food orders together for to go and dine in orders.
• Ensuring food accuracy, having great attention to details.
• Making sure food presentation is to satisfaction.
• Packaging online and/or catering orders.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
