Qualifications

• Ability to understand oral and verbal communication using radios and cell phones.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and policies written in English.
• Ability to apply common sense to written and oral instructions and established policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Valley View Casino & Hotel standards of excellence.
• Greet guests courteously and maintain positive guest relations.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean assigned areas and stock supplies.
• Assist in minor maintenance and report issues to supervision.
• Stock housekeeping storage rooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Inspect work areas and notify maintenance for repairs.
