Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage flow.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with events and private functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the winery.
• Manage seating flow to balance workloads.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates.
• Address guest concerns promptly and politely.
• Support event growth by building goodwill.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and ambiance.
• Assist with coat check and private events.
