Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will educate guests on products, provide authentic community insights, and support store operations with a focus on inclusivity and safety.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting. Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.86 per hour, with a targeted bonus of $2.00 per hour.

• Deliver world-class guest service and connect with guests authentically.
• Identify guest needs and provide tailored product education and solutions.
• Manage end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and store operations.
• Receive feedback and work with leadership to address guest concerns.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with coworkers.
• Maintain product presentation and restock as needed; uphold store standards.
