Job summary

The Roosevelt Room Dublin is seeking friendly, attentive Door Staff to greet guests, check IDs, and maintain safe entry into the venue. You will work as part of a team to ensure excellent service and a positive atmosphere.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles, competitive pay, and employee perks. The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced bar environment.

Qualifications

• Greet guests at entry with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain entry lines and crowd flow.
• Enforce venue rules to ensure safe, enjoyable experiences.
• Clean entrances and assist with occasional trash removal.
• Assist in private parties with setup/teardown as needed.
• Must be at least 21; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
