Job summary

Omni Hotels in San Antonio is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to support servers and ensure prompt, courteous service to guests.

You will clear and reset tables, transport items from the kitchen, and maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety standards. Prior experience is welcome, certifications in TABC and Food Handling are required, and flexibility for various shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & guest service skills.
• Past experience preferred but not necessary.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Available to work a flexible shift, including days, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clear all tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and dirty linen.
• Reset tables for new guests.
• Transport all necessary food items from the kitchen to the dining room as soon as possible while following service standards.
• Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
• Ensure that all closing duties are completed.
• Perform other tasks as needed or directed.
