Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to deliver excellent guest service, prepare food, and support a positive team culture in our restaurant. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help keep all areas clean and stocked.

This entry-level role offers training, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow with the brand. Work a part-time schedule on-site in Wisconsin with meals and benefits for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
