Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to deliver great guest service, prepare delicious food, and help maintain a fun, fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, cook signature items, keep areas clean, stock supplies, and support deliveries and inventory as needed. No prior experience required; training provided; flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
