Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for Crew Members to join our restaurant team. Crew Members deliver friendly guest experiences, prepare products to brand standards, and work in a fast-paced, clean environment.

Responsibilities include working well in a team, providing great guest service, handling POS transactions, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines while supporting marketing initiatives and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Basic computer and POS familiarity preferred.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Capable of operating common restaurant equipment.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Work well and interact with others respectfully in a team environment.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Able to learn and execute multiple tasks.
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues.
