Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Crew member in California to greet guests, assist with snacks and tickets, and keep theatres clean and welcoming. You’ll rotate through roles, cross-train, and contribute to a positive guest experience with friendly, energetic service.

The role requires evening/weekend availability and a willingness to complete training. No experience is necessary, and you’ll join a team that values fun, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Be a reliable teammate by showing up on time.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications provided by AMC.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and create memorable moments.
• Use AMC’s POS system to handle transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Engage in sales techniques to boost the guest experience and loyalty card sign-ups.
• Prepare tasty treats safely and efficiently, especially popcorn.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Check tickets and direct guests to their auditorium with a friendly attitude.
