Job summary

Burger King in the United States is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and support. The role collaborates with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to uphold standards and procedures and reports to General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting multiple workstations.

Qualifications

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team
Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact

Responsibilities

Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses issues
Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to increase sales
Verifies accuracy of guests' orders
Prepares and packages food and drinks
Cleans kitchen areas, counters, and utensils
Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds
Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter)
Attends shifts promptly and regularly
Follows BURGER KING® uniform and grooming standards
Resolves issues that may arise in the restaurant
Learns team effectiveness skills and works toward team goals
Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner
Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers
