Job summary

Dunkin' in New Jersey is seeking Crew Members to deliver friendly guest experiences. You will prepare products to Brand standards and serve them quickly in a clean, fast-paced environment as part of a team.

You’ll interact with guests, handle cash and POS transactions, adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, and learn multiple tasks to keep the operation running smoothly. Fluent in English, basic computer skills, and ability to count money are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required to communicate with guests and team members.
• Basic computer skills to handle simple digital tasks and POS.
• Capable of counting money and making change accurately.
• Able to operate standard restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Work well and interact with others respectfully in a team.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback and communicate with team members.
• Able to learn and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues while following brand standards.
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.

• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy; prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards.
