Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the voice and face of the dealership. The role emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and long-term potential within a family-like team. Experience is a plus, but strong potential will be considered.

Primary duties include front-desk duties, visitor management, and supporting office tasks while maintaining a courteous customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Texas dealership.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.
• Candidates with potential will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties: typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, sorting mail.
• Receive visitors and obtain name and business.
• Update telephone directory.
• Direct clients to lounge and refer to the appropriate team member for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and route to the correct colleague.
• Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports.
• Attend department meetings.
