Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor building access and visitor entry.
• Assist residents with general inquiries and requests.
• Receive and log packages and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Observe and report building concerns or unusual activity.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
