Outdoorsy Hill Country, part of The Ride Platform, is seeking a Guest Experience Host to welcome guests from check-in to check-out, delivering attentive service and personalized support in a luxury glamping setting near Stonewall, Texas.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a can-do attitude, with weekend and holiday availability and a 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm schedule. Full-time, with health benefits, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Competenze

Experience in customer service.
Ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
Strong communication and time management.
Flexible, team-oriented attitude.
Proficient with POS systems.

Mansioni

Serve as primary guest and vendor contact to ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
Handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding reservations, billing, and general questions.
Coordinate and book private tours, tastings, and other experiences for guests prior to arrival.
Oversee the pre-arrival room inspections and maintenance requests; ensure rooms meet Outdoorsy standards.
Conduct post-stay room checks to maintain quality and cleanliness.
Process sales through Clover POS and maintain accurate transaction records.
Maintain cleanliness of shared areas and assist with bar/bathrooms.
Availability to work weekends/holidays and occasional night shifts.
