Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Hotel Longmont in Longmont, CO. This role supports guest services, from registration to check-out, PBX operations, and concierge-style assistance, ensuring a welcoming first impression.

The ideal candidate will balance daily cash, manage the front desk with accuracy, and coordinate with other departments to deliver top-tier guest experiences. This position offers either full-time or part-time hours and a friendly hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Operate the Property Management System, capture email, and use the PBX system; balance the daily shift bank and maintain organization and service quality.
• Regularly stand, walk, and communicate.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service consistently.
• Pre-assign rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.
• Check guests in and out in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly with complete and accurate information.
• Complete all items on the shift checklist and balance the cash drawer.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
