Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a team member to assist guests with bagging groceries, provide carry-out service to vehicles, and retrieve carts at our Ludington location. You will support a clean, organized store while upholding safety guidelines and guest experience standards.

The role requires strong communication with customers, the ability to stand and walk for long periods, and physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Frontline guest service and bagging.
• Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.
• Must be able to stand, walk and lift up to 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries with proper technique.
• Provide carry-out service to vehicles when needed.
• Collect, return, clean and organize shopping carts.
• Maintain a clean, stocked department and assist guests.
• Follow all PPE, safety and food safety guidelines.
