Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Anderson, IN. You will greet guests, prepare and serve items, and help maintain a clean, inviting bakery-cafe environment. You will join a team focused on warmth, care, and delivering great food to our local communities.

Responsibilities include assisting in various areas, from production to cashier, and supporting the next shift with setup and stocking. This is a flexible role with opportunities and benefits for team members.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age 16+ and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for areas within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC).
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Stay on the move assisting guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
